Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted provided a return request is submitted and approved by our team within 7 days from the date of delivery.  We provide a full refund, excluding shipping fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase.  After we receive your returned package, please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.  To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in new condition, and suitable for resale.  The cost of shipping items back to 530 West is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Due to the nature of the products all bakery boxes and parchment paper are final sale.  To begin a refund or exchange, please contact our team at beka@530west.com.
